AIDS stabilizes regardiess of promiscuity

AIDS Stabilizes Regardless of Promiscuity
The AIDS pandemic is gradually being tamed, reported the latest UN investigation on HIV/AIDS. However, research data continues to spur anguish worldwide, since about 33.3 million people were infected with the deadly virus last year.
Pro-abstinence and pro-fidelity policies have been promoted by those who assisted the last International Conference on AIDS. The Conference had an audience of more than 25,000 scholars, governors, journalists, and HIV/AIDS victims that co-habit with the deadly virus. New scholarly researches and agreements that challenge HIV/AIDS were exhibited and promoted at the conference.
On the other hand, the Report on the Global AIDS Epidemic has been exhibited in Geneva; after of about three decades of combating the ongoing pandemic. More than 7,500 people are infected with HIV/AIDS each day. These facts derive from the data that 147 states sent to the UN plan for HIV/AIDS. According to these estimates, it is due to the deadly virus that the infected population will increase to more than 4 million by 2015.
The findings from the above study show that there were around 35 million people with AIDS around the world last year, of which 16 million were women. The countries with the highest infection indexes are Indonesia, Kenya, Mozambique, Vietnam, Australia, and Guinea Papua. Next on the list are Brazil (730,000), Mexico (200,000), Colombia (170,000), Argentina (64,000), and Guatemala (59,000). According to the study, the main way of transmission is through the practice of homosexuality.
Furthermore, the global Summit of the Global Health Council asserts that the steps towards AIDS prevention must respect “human and spiritual values”, and must protect “Human Rights and the dignity of human beings”. The President of Uganda achieved for the Ugandan population to modify their sexual conduct. Results show that 93% of the Ugandan population has indeed modified their carnal practice in the fight against AIDS.
Julián Marias, a moderate and ponderous man, understood that “that the spread of HIV/AIDS is associated to living a life without safe sex practices; norms that come from the collective common sense and respect human freedom”. (Translated by Gianna A. Sanchez Moretti)
