Abortion Clinic Tells Mother that her Fetus is not a Human Being.

Abortion Clinic Tells Mother that her Fetus is not a Human Being
The appeals court in the State of Illinois (USA) rejected a lawsuit dealing with a woman’s regret of having committed an abortion. This woman is entitled to compensations for damages caused by the abortion clinic, since they should have told her that she was killing the life of a human being who was still inside the mother’s womb.

“It is sad how judges are willing to compromise the health of women”, stated Georgette Forney, co-founder of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, an organization composed of women that reject having committed abortions.
A while back, the defendant aborted in one of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) clinics, a branch of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Before the abortion was conducted, the pregnant women asked the clinic counselor if the baby inside her womb was a human being. Two years later, the women sued the clinic for medical malpractice, basing her argument on that the counselor erroneously told her baby was not a human being.
Human life begins from the very second of conception. From that moment on, the fetus is a unique human being, unrepeatable, alive, and with its own genetic structure. However, some pro-abortion parties justify abortion by saying that the baby is not yet a “person”.

The plaintiff alleged the following causes: the culpable homicide of her fetus; the intentional imposition of emotional distress; and the violation of the Illinois Act against consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices. Moreover, she said that she would have not aborted if the clinic would have told her that she was killing her own baby, an innocent human being, vulnerable and helpless.

"A child is a human being from the moment of conception, and his or her life must be respected. That life was redeemed by Christ, that life is a gift from God”, asserts Karl Barth, Swiss theologian. (Translated by Gianna A. Sanchez-Moretti).
