Legal abortion

Legal Abortion
Legal abortion, a literal crime, should be authorized until the 24th week of the pregnancy. That is how the Bioethics Committee of Catalonia solicited in a study carried out by the Catalan Parliament, which appears – after the unchained controversy due to the judicial investigations – in the abortion stalls of Condal City (massive holocausts).
The report that engulfs a pair of propositions, ordered by ethical, legislative, health and social aspects, positions itself above matters that coincide with legal emptiness. The measures that the Catalan Government promotes are attempting for the voluntary interruption by the State in good faith (murder) to be protected by Public Health.
According to the report, the mother “has the right to reproductive autonomy”. In accordance with such statement, the Bioethics Committee is looking to amplify the administrative interruption (crime) until the 24th week without the mother having to show neither documents nor explanations in order to technically conduct the murder. It is also ordered for the minimum age to conduct an abortion to be 16, and that sexual education in schools should be brought forward for 11-year-olds.
“A Government should never permit itself the right to decide about the life of a human being, having yet been born, as if he or she was not a person, reducing such life to the condition of an object to serve other ends, even if such ends were big and noble”, said Giovanni Lajolo.
