Los televidentes de “La Sexta” permanecieron desquiciados. Centenas son las críticas que anegan los medios de comunicación. Unos desvergonzados, groseros e insolentes dibujos animados nipones que, según SOFRES, fueron avistados, en la amanecida del domingo, por unos 300.000 telespectadores; una adolescente con capote colegial, era forzada a efectuar una felación a un joven...
Es probable que el canal estatal “La Sexta” haya cometido una infracción, pero es indudable que ha caído en una salvaje vulgaridad.
La emisión televisiva ha vulnerado el Código de autorregulación sobre contenidos televisivos; aparición de menores en los contenidos de la programación. Asimismo está plasmado en el Código Penal como falta “el exhibicionismo y provocación sexual y la ostentación de material pornográfico protagonizado por menores”.
Los viñetas animadas de “La Sexta” contravienen la Ley Orgánica en cuanto a las pautas de tutela contra la violencia de género. Los poderes administrativos y judiciales deben llevar a cabo las oportunas indagaciones y diligencias reglamentarias contra “La Sexta” y su grupo regente.
La competencia televisiva, la dura lucha por lograr audiencias, debe basarse en la calidad de la programación, en la imaginación, la innovación y el buen hacer, con el deseo de inspirar y lograr la mayor confianza en las audiencias.
La pugna por la conquista de televidentes no puede ni debe ser resuelta mediante la oferta de pornografía, que quizá prenda en el receptor poco crítico y sugestionable pero, que sin lugar a ninguna duda, son recursos que degradan la condición del ser humano.

The televiewers of “ La Sexta” (an Spanish TV channel) remained upset. Hundreds are the critics that flood the mass media. Impertinent, crude and insolent Japanese cartoons that, according to SOFRES, were viewed, on Sunday morning, by about 300.000 televiewers; an adolescent girl with a school cape, was forced to carry out a fellatio to a young boy… It is probable that the state’s channel “La Sexta” has committed an infraction but is unquestionable that it has fallen into a wild vulgarity.
The televising emission has harmed the Code of Self-Regulation on televising contents with the appearance of under age in the contents of the programming. It is clearly stated in the Penal Code as a misdemeanor: “the exhibitionisms and sexual provocation and the ostentation of pornographic material carried out by under age’s”.
The animated cartoon of “La Sexta” contravenes the Statutory Law in the guidelines of tutelage against the violence of gender. The administrative and judicial powers must carry out the opportune investigations and statutory diligences against “La Sexta” and its managers.
The TV competition, the hard fight to obtain audience, must be based on the quality of the programming, in the imagination, the innovation and the good practices, with the desire to inspire and to obtain the greater confidence from the audience. The struggle for the conquest of televiewers cannot and must not be solved by the offer of pornography, which perhaps catches the not much critical and suggestionable receiver, but without any doubt, it is a resource that degrades the human being condition.
