Dieta y ejercicio físico / Diet and physical exercise

A pesar de que el Ministerio de Sanidad y la Asociación de Clubes de Baloncesto rubricaron un pacto para promocionar una conducta de vida sana a través de una campaña de publicidad, que se está emitiendo en los diversos medios, ambiciona sensibilizar a la familia del enigma que supone la gordura. La campaña consiste en variados spots televisivos que emplearán a prestigiosos deportistas del baloncesto, como señuelo publicitario.

Las fiestas navideñas nos han encaminado a pillar unos kilos de más y muchos mortales han hecho el rígido propósito de alinearse con un régimen alimenticio, después del roscón de los Reyes Magos, para destruir el peso alcanzado.

Según una investigación efectuada por AC-Nielsen Consumir Confidence Opinions Survey, las intenciones más frecuentes, entre los europeos para 2007, han sido realizar más gimnasia y sujetarse a una dieta, además de tener más tiempo libre, dejar de fumar y estar mucho más tiempo con la familia.

Los expertos aconsejan una régimen sano y moderado. José Manuel Ávila, director de la Sociedad Española de Nutrición, señala que “la forma más sencilla de perder peso, sin que suponga demasiado sacrificio, consiste en “invertir el balance energético y reducir la ingesta de calorías, consumiendo alimentos de todos los grupos pero en menor cantidad”. Lo lógico es hacer una dieta a la inversa y más prolongada, basada en alimentos contrarios a los consumidos durante la Navidad; verduras, caldo vegetal, ensaladas variadas, legumbres, pasta, carne y pescado a la plancha, unido al aumento del ejercicio físico.

Por su parte, el jefe del Departamento de Medicina y Servicio de Endocrinología del Hospital Carlos III, el doctor Sánchez Franco, afirma que “hacer una reducción calórica importante no conlleva un riesgo de enfermedad”.

The logical thing is to make a prolonged diet to the inverse one and more, based on opposite foods to the consumed ones during Christmas; vegetables, vegetal broth, varied salads, vegetables, paste, meat and fish to the plate, together with the increase of the physical exercise.

On the other hand, the head of the Department of Medicine and Service of Endocrinology of the Hospital Carlos III, doctor Sanchez Franco, affirms that “to make caloric a reduction important she does not entail a disease risk”.
