El programa más caro de educación sexual para jóvenes fue el aplicado en Escocia, dedicado a rebajar el número de embarazos no queridos y los crecientes abortos quirúrgicos, al cabo de cinco años no aportaron mejor resultado que los programas de instrucción “convencional”. El experimento se aplicó a chiquillas de 15 años y las tasas de preñez juvenil no mermaron. Sus directivos “admitieron el fracaso”, según el rotativo London Telegraph
El método de instrucción carnal, aclamado como “Salud sexual y relaciones seguras, felices y responsables” consistió en la iniciación de los jóvenes en el empelo de los condones y cómo arribar, las mozas, a los mingitorios de salud sexual.
Posteriormente a un quinquenio, los resultados de la investigación fueron funestas; una quinta parte de las muchachas integrantes del programa habían quedado fecundadas y una de cada diez había pedido la interrupción quirúrgica de la preñez.
El director del programa, Marion Henderson, como todos los que han hecho de la corrupción de menores un estilo de vida, reclama más fondos y programas de magno énfasis en la formación sexual.
La secuela más aciaga de la instrucción sexual es el aborto terapéutico. El Departamento de Salud del Reino Unido aportó las padrones públicos del año 2005, sobre la cifra del mal parto del feto en Inglaterra: 186.416 criaturas fueron exterminadas a través del aborto en ese año. Más de 1.000 jóvenes mayores de 18 años poseen en su haber abortos multiplicados y 1.316 chiquillas menores de 18 años mal parieron a través del crimen abortivo.
Nunca, en Inglaterra, las niñas tuvieron a su alcance más fármacos contraceptivos y abortivos.
“Jamás un Gobierno, un grupo o un individuo se pueden arrogar el derecho a decidir sobre la vida de un ser humano, aún no nacido, como si no fuera una persona, rebajándolo a la condición de objeto para servir a otros fines aun cuando fueran grandes y nobles”, dijo el arzobispo Giovanni Lajolo.
